In short: We collect only what we need to quote, invoice, and ship your order. We never sell your information. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

This policy explains how Thor Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you contact us, buy memory from us, or sell memory to us.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly when you request a quote or transact with us:

Contact details: your name, company name, email address, and phone number.
Order details: billing address, shipping address, part numbers, quantities, and correspondence about your order.
Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe. We receive a confirmation of payment, the last four digits of the card, and the card brand — we never receive or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code.
Seller details: if you sell modules to us, the payment details you give us so we can pay you, and any information required for our tax reporting obligations.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

This is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no advertising or social media trackers, and does not build a profile of your browsing. We do not collect information from anyone we know to be under 16.

3. How We Use Your Information

To prepare quotes and respond to your inquiries;
To process payments, issue invoices, and issue refunds;
To ship your order and provide tracking;
To handle returns, warranty claims, and support;
To keep the business records that tax and accounting law require;
To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations, including export controls.

We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to. We will not add you to a mailing list because you requested a quote.

4. Who We Share It With

We share personal information only with service providers who need it to complete your transaction:

Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) — your name and shipping address, so they can deliver your order.
Our accountant and, where legally required, tax authorities.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose. We may disclose information if compelled by valid legal process, or where necessary to protect our legal rights.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep order and transaction records for as long as required by tax and commercial law — generally seven years from the date of the transaction. Quote requests that do not become orders are deleted within 24 months. We keep contact information only as long as we have a business reason to.

6. How We Protect It

We limit access to personal information to those who need it to do their job, and we use reputable providers for payment processing and email. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

7. Your Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email lleytonthoreson@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may need to retain certain records to meet legal obligations even after a deletion request.

Depending on where you live — for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU/UK GDPR — you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect, the right to deletion, the right to data portability, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We honor these requests regardless of your location. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

8. International Transfers

We operate in the United States, and information you give us is stored and processed there. If you contact us from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to the United States.
